I am professionally licensed counselor in the state of Missouri. With a graduate degree in counseling in 2010, I have been practicing in the art of counseling for over ten years. The quality and purpose in life plays a significant role in my life and in the lives of my clients. Many clients find my strategies to health and wellness outside of the box as I integrate many various modalities.
In addition to psychotherapy, I have also conducted research in visual deficits and the effect on learning. I have previous experience working in a clinical setting with children with Autistic spectrum disorders, ADHD/ADD, and provide alternative therapeutic approaches such as Relaxation Techniques, Herbalism, Spiritual Guidance, Yoga/meditation, Functional Nutrition and Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy with Past Life Regression Therapy.
I am an interactive and proactive solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges and focus on well-being, balance and transition. My background has helped to solidify a holistic approach based on environmental factors, the mind and body. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
